The Education Coach position earns a competitive wage of $25.79-27.31 / hour depending on education / experience. We also offer generous benefits , including health, dental, vision, a flexible spending account (FSA), a healthcare spending account (HSA) with up to a $2,500 match, a 401k plan with 5% match, short and long-term disability, accident insurance, life insurance, 11 paid holidays, paid time off between Christmas and New Year's, paid time off (PTO up to 192 hours a year), and an hour of paid time on Fridays for self-care . Position located in the West Quadrant, office located in Kearns.

SUMMARY
The Education Coach is responsible for supporting teachers' ongoing professional development; for the implementation of teaching practices; and focuses on improving teachers' use of evidence-based teaching practices to support children's progress towards school readiness goals.
An Education Coach needs to be familiar with Creative Curriculum for Preschool Sixth Edition and Digital Curriculum Resources, TSG Online Assessment System, TSG Fidelity Tool for Administrators, CLASS, The Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework, The Head Start Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework, ECERS-3 / ITERS3, and the Utah State Early Learning Standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Family and Consumer Studies, or in a related field with an emphasis in Early Childhood essential topics.
- 1 year of Head Start / Early Head Start related experience required.
