JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
The Children's Justice Center is a homelike facility which serves children and families who are experiencing the crisis and chaos that comes with the disclosure of significant physical or sexual abuse of a child.
POSITION: Health Education Technician - CJC - Part Time
This is a Part Time position and does not include benefits.

Those applicants meeting the specified qualification and additional screening criteria will be referred for a hiring interview. The Human Resource Office will continue to consider qualified candidates as needed until the position is filled.
The Opportunity:
Under general guidance and direction of the Program Manager – Prevention and Health Promotion, develops, designs, monitors, coordinates, evaluates, and administers health education and prevention activities in Utah County. Performs clerical, technical, and entry-level professional work.
Starting Pay: $22.70 - $26.09 hourly
Salary will be determined upon experience and or education
Schedule: 9:00 am. - 1:00 pm. Monday thru Friday, 20 hours per week
Job Qualifications: (Minimum Hiring Requirements)
1. Bachelor’s degree in Community Health, Health Promotion, Public Health, or a related field.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
1. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and obtain a valid State of Utah driver’s license within sixty (60) days of employment.
2. Selected applicants will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
