The Opportunity:
Under general guidance and supervision of the Executive Director – Health, oversees, supervises, and coordinates all administrative and supervisory functions within the Utah County Mosquito Abatement Division. Ensures compliance with regulations and educates the public about mosquito-borne diseases and prevention. Incumbents in this position strive to minimize the risk of mosquito-borne illnesses while promoting environmentally sound and sustainable control practices.

Starting Pay: $82,409.60 - $94,764.80 Annually
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., may require occasional nights and weekends

Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Entomology or a related science field.
2. Five (5) years of management/leadership experience involving biological science or public health, of which two (2) years are in a supervisory capacity.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
