UDK is a restoration company who has been in business for over 50 years. We are looking to hire an admin assistant/AP. This position is full time, with in person requirement.

About The Role

The Admin Assistant/AP plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative and accounts payable functions within UDK. This position is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external contacts, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. By efficiently handling administrative duties and supporting the accounts payable process, this role contributes to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization. Ultimately, the Admin Assistant/AP helps to create a well-organized work environment that supports the company's goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in accounts payable or finance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office documents, correspondence, and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies.

The required skills for this position include strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, which are essential for managing multiple tasks and interacting with various employees and vendors.
