Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Administrator to oversee our internal service operations. As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting a team of Technicians and Dispatchers, ensuring the timely completion of service requests, and maintaining outstanding customer relationships. You will also serve as a liaison between our amazing service technicians and our internal operations team. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
What we need done:
- Support a team of technicians and Dispatchers, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of service requests, ensuring timely response and completion.
- Monitor team performance and productivity, setting performance targets and providing feedback.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales team members and other department managers to ensure a world class and consistent customer experience throughout the organization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technologies.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
Who we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior Dispatching experience.
- 1 years of prior leadership experience.
- Prior experience in a commercial service industry a plus.
- Strong customer service background.
- Strong understanding of performance management, budgeting, KPIs and forecasting.
- Engaging personality that blends well in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Highly motivated self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge of the home services industry.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a drug and background check.
