Personal Banker
Utah First Credit Union is seeking to add a full-time, 40-hours-a-week Personal Banker to the team at our Provo, UT branch. This individual provides exceptional service and strives to improve our customers' financial lives by cross-selling products and services as well as producing loans. The schedule for the Personal Banker position falls within our branch hours of Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM- 1:00 PM. Are you driven and innovative? As a Personal Banker, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities encompass processing transactions, assisting with loan applications, promoting our suite of financial products, and surpassing monthly lending goals. When engaging with customers face-to-face or over the phone, your commitment to providing memorable experiences shines through.

We pay our Personal Banker a competitive base wage starting at $20 to $22 / hour, depending on experience, and a generous incentive pay structure. High school diploma or equivalent, minimum age 18, previous experience in customer service and financial services, familiarity with consumer lending, cash handling.
