- Assess, supervise and direct patient care.
- Oversee orientation and educational programs for field staff.
- Perform patient care as required, including home assessments.
- Develop plans of treatment.
- Ensure and chart compliance with state regulations.
- Community involvement including networking and marketing activities.
- Evaluate and treat patients using the most current technology and practices.
- Provide valuable input into the patient's care and treatment.

Home Health and Hospice care is both challenging and rewarding! This job requires a person who will never forget that home health and hospice care is a team effort. Other requirements include:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Utah
- Minimum 3 years of Home Health and/or Hospice Supervisory or Management Experience
- Experience with Homecare Homebase a HUGE plus, but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Respecting the patient’s privacy and maintaining confidentiality
- Current Utah driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
- CPR Certification
- Marketing or Sales experience a plus
After 6 months of work you will be eligible for our bonus program

Pay: Up to $105,000.00 per year
