What You'll Do:
- Provide essential personal care, ensuring each patient receives prompt and respectful attention.
- Communicate positively with patients and families, fostering a trusting relationship.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Report patient conditions and changes to the Case Manager, playing a vital role in their care journey.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, always putting patient safety first.
- Work independently while adhering to our standards of care and documentation.
Position Qualifications:
- Certified as a CNA in Utah
- Minimum age of 18
- Strong ability to follow written instructions
- Comfortable providing specialized care to terminally ill patients
- Reliable references from previous employers
- Self-directed with a compassionate approach
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle in good working order
