Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships within the community to promote our home health and hospice services.
- Serve as an educational resource for referral sources, potential referral sources, and the community about hospice services.
- Meet with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and other referral sources to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong partnerships.
- Provide comprehensive information to referral sources about the range of hospice services we offer.
- Collaborate with team members who share your dedication to delivering outstanding patient care.
