As Utah Home Health and Hospice continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Weekend Visit Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential care during pre-planned visits on Saturdays and Sundays. To ensure comprehensive patient support, you will work alongside an on-call nurse to assist with any anticipated needs. Home Health and Hospice are both challenging and rewarding! This job requires a person who will never forget our work requires a team effort. Other requirements include:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Utah
- Minimum 2-3 years of Hospice Experience
- Experience with Homecare Homebase or other EMR not required but a HUGE plus
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Respecting the patient’s privacy and maintaining confidentiality
- Current Utah driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
- CPR Certification
