Description
The Corporate Partnerships Account Manager for Smith Entertainment Group, which includes the Utah Jazz and Utah Hockey Club's corporate partners will play a pivotal role in managing partner relationships, renewing partnerships, and ensuring the fulfillment of sold inventory. In addition to overseeing promotional programs, media, digital initiatives, community relations, and hospitality assets, this position will contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organization through effective partnership management and activation. The Corporate Partnerships Account Manager will work closely with local, regional, and national corporate partners, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Corporate partners for the Smith Entertainment Group include the upcoming Utah Hockey Club, Utah Jazz, SLC Stars, and Delta Center.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, activation, and development of assigned corporate partnership accounts (includes activation of all partnership assets)
- Establish strong working relationships with current partners and have a clear understanding of their individual marketing and business goals and initiatives
- Ensure all the organization's corporate partners receive world-class customer service
- Manage and maintain CRM system to help drive sales, track activation, and
streamline business processes
