We are looking for licensed psychotherapists (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) interested in providing psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele. In addition to clinical work, team members have the opportunity to mentor externs and grow into leadership positions within our expanding practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an integrated healthcare setting. We are especially seeking therapists passionate about:

Requirements
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field (or expected completion before start date).
- Licensed for independent practice in Utah as an LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Salary: Between $65,000-$80,000/year.
- Health Insurance & Coverage: Medical coverage for you, medical (HSA eligible), dental, and vision.
- Licensing & Professional Development: Malpractice insurance and licensing testing and fees are covered.
- Student Loan Repayment: All time employed will count toward the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program (link). Fully licensed therapists are eligible for the NHSC Scholarship Program (link).
- Retirement Savings: Employer-matched IRA.
