Role Description
We are headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. We are looking for a strong Sales Manager to grow our active accounts and bring on new customers that purchase on a residual basis, meaning residual income monthly, quarterly and annually (ex. your team member receives 5 orders for the month of February - you will earn a 5% commission off of their commission).
You must grow revenues from those specific accounts in order to be eligible to earn commissions from our active customers. This could be as simple as working with your associates to create a new reoccurring order from a customer we already work with - MOQs may apply.
Qualifications
Ability to manage & grow accounts that are already active in the company
Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
B2B or industrial Sales closing - $100k annually per account preferred
Proven Sales Management and closing preferred
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Airtable experience highly preferred
In person meeting experience highly preferred
Generating EOD, EOM & Quarterly Reports
Forecasting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Revenues
Creating a sales environment for your team members
Reviewing resumes for new sales team members
LinkedIn networking preferred
Team Management preferred
