Responsibilities:
- Conducts investigations of fraudulent activity to ensure minimal loss to the Credit Union.
- Coordinates recovery of losses due to fraudulent activity.
- Works with management to provide ongoing risk mitigation training.
- Communicates with members by phone, in person, and online.
