Schedule: M-F 7:30am-3:30pm. (flexible)

PayRate: $18-$22 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Job Summary:

This role encompasses everyday janitorial duties and minor maintenance, ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility, thereby creating a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include a comprehensive range of janitorial tasks. This involves, but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and all common areas. You will also be responsible for emptying trash and recycling receptacles, dusting furniture and surfaces, replenishing essential supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness of windows and glass surfaces.

In addition to your janitorial duties, you will occasionally assist with minor maintenance tasks. This may include changing light bulbs, performing basic repairs such as tightening loose fixtures, assisting with painting touch-ups, addressing simple plumbing issues like unclogging drains, and helping with basic landscaping tasks.

Additional duties may be required as needed by Physical Facilities Director.

Qualifications:

While prior janitorial experience is preferred, and minor maintenance experience is helpful, it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

We are looking for a reliable and punctual individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the physical ability to perform the required tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
