We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Roofing and Solar Appointment Setter to join our team. As the Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers and scheduling appointments for our Roofing and Solar Consultants to meet with them. This is a unique opportunity where you have the potential to be the highest paid employee of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via direct to consumer/door to door to schedule appointments for Solar Consultants to meet with them.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and appointments in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure they attend their scheduled appointments.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
