SUMMARY

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital fan experience by enhancing and maintaining the website and mobile app for a leading sports organization. The role focuses on UX / UI design improvements, real-time gameday updates, and digital content management to engage fans effectively. Interns will collaborate on innovative digital solutions, assist with user testing, and help craft email communications while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

• Assist in UX / UI design enhancements for the website and mobile app, focusing on user-friendly and engaging experiences.
• Lead the regular updates and maintenance of the website, ensuring accurate and timely content.
• Lead the regular updates and maintenance of the app, with a focus on optimizing functionality for gameday operations.
• Collaborate in crafting HTML-based email communications and implementing user-centric designs.
• Support user testing efforts to identify areas of improvement in digital products.
• Provide on-site digital updates during home games to ensure real-time information delivery to fans.
• Participate in brainstorming and implementing innovative digital solutions to enhance fan engagement.
• Writing and / or graphic design experience is preferred but not required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT :

The job requires regularly lifting / pushing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting / pushing more than 25 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, typing, etc.
