What You’ll Do:
Front Desk Superhero:
- Be the friendly face that greets patients and makes their day brighter.
- Answer calls and emails with professionalism and positivity.
- Keep our calendar running smoothly by scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
- Tackle insurance billing and documentation with precision (don’t worry, we’ll train you!).
Patient Experience Extraordinaire:
- Guide patients through the intake process and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist the chiropractor during patient care to ensure top-notch service.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment that inspires confidence.
Event Guru:
- Plan and coordinate exciting events to showcase our services.
- Attend local events to represent our clinic and connect with potential patients.
- Keep track of event outcomes and share ideas for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks with grace and efficiency.
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for organization.
- Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software is a plus!).
- A willingness to learn new skills, including insurance billing and clinic procedures.
