DATA ARCHITECT - ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS - SALT LAKE CITY
The Utah State Courts is not only recognized as one of the most technologically advanced court systems in the country, but also as a model internationally. Our Judicial Data and Research and Information Technology departments provide multiple infrastructure systems, fully developed in-house, to streamline court operations which includes: three (3) unique case management systems, online payments, eFiling, document management, and in-chambers management systems.
The Data Architect is tasked with supporting the analyst team by managing reporting tools and leading the effort to develop and maintain a data warehouse. An Architect is responsible for supporting the Data Analysts, and coordinating with the IT Infrastructure team. This position requires good writing skills and verbal skills--especially the ability to document system programs and processes. A working knowledge of government applications and business practices would be beneficial, particularly related to the Courts.
After hours and weekend work may occasionally be required. The position is based in Salt Lake City, though remote work is possible.
