What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Support Specialist position at Utah State Courts?
TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST - 7TH DISTRICT - CARBON, EMERY, GRAND, & SAN JUAN COUNTIES
The IT Technical Support Specialist will work in connection with the Utah State Courts Service Desk to assist with technical issues in the 7th District. Support will include both on the phone and at court locations for the district.
The position requires basic understanding of desktop hardware and software as well as the ability and willingness to learn about upcoming new technology that is both hardware and software.
Must be willing to travel to Matheson Courthouse in Salt Lake City for initial training and supplies.
