Utah Valley Pediatrics is hiring an Office Manager for our Eagle Mountain-City Center Location!
This is an in-office, full-time position, working a typical Monday-Friday Schedule.
Role Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the daily operational activities of the clinic
- Personnel management and conflict resolution
- Assessing staffing needs, hiring, and training new team members
- Staff meetings and staff trainings
- Scheduling
- Payroll
- Equipment procurement and maintenance
- Facility maintenance
- Supply management and purchasing
- Accounts payable
- Budgeting
- Information Technology
- HIPPA, OSHA, and other governmental and regulatory compliance
- Other tasks as assigned by physicians and administration team
Skills Needed:
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required.
- Must possess the ability to collaborate with physicians, the administrator, as well as the admin and billing teams.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Personnel management skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years management experience in a medical office setting and/or college degree.
- Experience in healthcare is required.
