High school diploma or equivalent
2 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment (or a relevant educational background)
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
