Prepare a Detailed Project Outline:
- Develop and submit a comprehensive Project Outline at the start of the contract.
- Include objectives, scope of work, key deliverables, timeline, and estimated costs for materials, software, or other tools.
- Ensure alignment with UMCH leadership’s vision and approach before proceeding to research & content development.
- Create a custom 5-day leadership curriculum incorporating selected theories and frameworks.
- Conduct regular update sessions and meetings to ensure continued alignment and continuity
- Include interactive components such as building group exercises, breakout sessions, and 1-on-1 role-playing to evaluate participant understanding and effectiveness.
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations, animations, handouts, and exercises.
- Ensure materials are visually appealing, clear, and actionable.
- Design and upload the course to the Paycom LMS, integrating assessments, modules, and tracking tools for future use.
- Leadership & Team Management: Team building, conflict resolution, motivating employees, and performance management.
- Customer Service Excellence: Emphasizing “Prosperity Through Service,” handling challenging guests, creating a guest-centric culture, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
- Change Management: Principles of managing change, continuous improvement, and leading through transitions.
- Facilitate the 5-day leadership training program while simultaneously seeking to apply the "train the trainer" to UMCH staff, ensuring identified organizational employees are prepared to administer the course in the future.
- Provide detailed facilitator guides, participant handouts, and ongoing support materials.
- Ensure a seamless transition, equipping UMCH with the tools and training to independently run the program long-term.
- Proven experience in instructional design, leadership development, and adult education.
