We are looking for a motivated and organized Documentation Coordinator to join our team at UTEC - Universal Tool Equipment Controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and planning documentation and preparation control for programs, ensuring timely completion of deliverables while meeting customer requirements.
Main Tasks:
- Develop, coordinate, and plan documentation and preparation control for programs.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables while meeting customer requirements.
- Coordinate EEM/WCM processes, activities, and documentation to meet customer deliverables in accordance with EEM/WCM specifications and VOSS.
- Responsible for completing AM/PM Calendars, TMS lists, IM Lists, Safety & ECSPMT Placards, 1A9 Lube Placards, Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
- Coordinate activities between project managers assigned to a common program to ensure consistency, when applicable.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to review customer specification to extract necessary instructions applicable to your function.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
