We are looking for a talented Controls Hardware Designer to join our team at UTEC - Universal Tool Equipment Controls. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical and pneumatic systems for the automotive industry.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing electrical and pneumatic systems
- Constructing system Bill of Materials
- Interfacing with mechanical Design, shop trades, and customers
- Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of electrical and pneumatic systems, as well as control systems. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred, and knowledge of Ford body shop controls schematics using AutoCad and AutoCad Electrical is highly desirable.
