Job Summary
The Automotive Parts Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the parts department. This position is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the availability of OEM, A/M, and LKQ parts, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. Responsibilities
- Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Monitoring the current parts inventory
- Pricing parts to maintain profitability
- Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
- Overseeing special orders
- Collaborating with automotive technicians to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail for accurate inventory management.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
