Position Summary:
Assists in the coordination and completion of a wide variety of projects to assist in the implementation and monitoring of healthcare transformation activities.
Position Key Accountabilities:
- Assists project managers in the coordination and completion of projects.
- Responsible for assigned aspects of projects.
- May assist in monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
- Prepares reports, or assists project managers in preparing reports, regarding status of project(s).
- Uses experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals.
- Assists project managers to develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures related to assigned project(s).
- Works within budget, assists with service contract negotiations, and reports on progress.
- Works closely with internal departments regarding strategy and collaboration.
- Assists with preparing progress reports for both management and governmental agencies.
- May prepare/make oral and/or visual presentations.
- Develops and maintains project documentation.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Uphold internal controls which provide reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient, assets are safeguarded, and financial information is reliable and compliant with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Certification/Skills:
Should be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures; experience with MS Office and MS Project preferred.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree; Master’s degree preferred.

Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
