What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Rheumatologist-Open Rank position at UTHealth?
UT Health San Antonio, Department of Pediatrics, Joe R. & Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine, has an immediate opening for a board certified / eligible pediatric rheumatologist. Appointment is available at the rank of assistant or associate professor, tenure or non-tenure track, depending on qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and interest in clinical care of children with rheumatologic diseases, and potential for development of clinical and / or translational research projects. The successful applicant will join a division of three Allergist-Immunologists, recognized as a regional referral center for pediatric allergy, asthma, immune deficiency, rheumatology, other immune-mediated diseases, and biological therapies.
