College of Nursing is seeking 2 Part-Time Assistant Professors at (.25 FTE) for the Nurse Anesthesia Program, Acute & Tertiary Care Department

The University of Tennessee Health Science Center is the flagship statewide, public, academic health institution in Tennessee. Responsibilities
- Teaching responsibilities include both didactic course work and clinical supervision of students in the Nurse Anesthesia Program. 4
- Responsibilities for this role include clinical practice assignment in addition to educational responsibilities.
- Research/scholarship activities as well as service responsibilities will be determined in collaboration with Department Chair.
- Doctorate degree required; graduation from a recognized School/College of Nursing and accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
- Certification/recertification by the National Board on Certification/Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists
- Licensure to practice in Tennessee as a registered nurse with specialty licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
- Previous experience in Nurse Anesthesia education preferred.
- Academic rank is at Assistant Professor level.
