Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative, organized, and community-driven individual to join our team as the Community Engagement Coordinator. This dynamic role blends elements of customer experience, special event coordination, fundraising, and brand storytelling through digital platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for creating memorable brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage fundraising initiatives and partnership opportunities in support of community causes.
- Coordinate and execute private label coffee designs and order fulfillment for weddings, corporate gifting, and special events.
- Provide outstanding customer service for e-commerce platforms, ensuring a positive experience from order to delivery.
- Conduct product photography to support online listings, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Regularly update and maintain the Utica Coffee website content to ensure product accuracy and engaging presentation.
- Collaborate with partners and influencers on social media campaigns to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Coordinate coffee bar setups for special events, ensuring seamless delivery and representation of the Utica Coffee brand.
- Manage and fulfill all donation and gifting requests, maintaining Utica Coffee’s strong commitment to community giving.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), customer service, and digital tools.
- Familiarity with social media and web content management.
- Proficiency in photography and basic photo editing preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for coffee and community engagement.
