What you will do
- Prepare rate indications and experience exhibits using standard ratemaking techniques.
- Provide impact analysis and actuarial support for rate filings.
- Develop the ability to extract and manipulate data using industry standard software.
- Develop understanding of actuarial techniques through taking and passing Casualty Actuarial Society examinations and on the job training.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop ability to use various internal and external data sources.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Conforms with all corporate policies and procedures.
What will you need:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree- In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field, Successful completion of one to two Casualty Actuarial Society exams preferred.
- Experience: Actuarial Internship or relevant actuarial business experience preferred.
Salary Range: $65,336 - $ 98,005
The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee’s work experience, geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.
