Job Description
As a Senior Travel Medical Claims Adjuster, you'll be responsible for meeting with insureds, completing field estimates, and reviewing large and complex losses. You'll work collaboratively with engineers and experts to resolve claims efficiently.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handling large loss and complex homeowners and commercial property claims
- Providing superior customer service while investigating first-party commercial and personal lines claims
- Communicating information clearly and concisely both orally and in writing with insureds and other stakeholders
- Negotiating with insureds, working to resolve issues with internal oversight structures, attorneys, public adjusters, agents, and brokers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree preferred
- ~10 years of adjusting personal and commercial lines field property claims with 3 years' experience handling large losses (over $200,000)
- ~ Xactimate Level 2 Certification; Level 3 preferred
- ~ Proficient computer skills
