Role Summary
As a Senior Travel Medical Claims Adjuster, you'll play a critical role in resolving large and complex losses for our insureds. This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with insureds to discuss claims and negotiate resolutions
- Complete field estimates and reviews of large and complex losses
- Collaborate with engineers and experts to resolve claims efficiently
- Communicate information clearly and concisely both orally and in writing with insureds and other stakeholders
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree preferred
- ~10 years of adjusting personal and commercial lines field property claims with 3 years' experience handling large losses (over $200,000)
- ~ Xactimate Level 2 Certification; Level 3 preferred
- ~ Proficient computer skills
