Position Overview :
We are looking for a Nursing Home Administrator to join our Team. To oversee and lead the day-to-day operations of our skilled rehab and nursing home facility. The LNHA will be responsible for ensuring that the highest quality of care is delivered to residents while maintaining compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations. You will be responsible for managing staff, financial operations, and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents and employees.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of the nursing home facility, including staff supervision, budgeting, and care plans
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to senior care facilities
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and safety
Address any issues or concerns raised by residents or their families promptly and effectively
Manage and support department heads and staff, ensuring adequate training, staffing, and professional development.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, rehabilitation teams, and other stakeholders to provide holistic care.
Monitor and manage the facility’s budget, financial performance, and operational goals.
Maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and community partners.
Qualifications :
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare administration field.
Valid Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license
Previous experience in managing assisted living facilities or nursing homes
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Understanding of regulatory requirements governing nursing home facilities
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, Medicare / Medicaid, and healthcare management.
