Utilities Employees Credit Union (UECU) located in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, with over $1.4 billion in assets, is looking to hire a Card Services Specialist to join their team.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for daily completion of card settlement and tasks required to assure efficient service to Credit Union debit and credit cardholders and assisting the Card Services Manager in the performance of their duties. The individual is familiar with all applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures related to Card Services functions, Symitar systems, and other software typically used in conjunction with Card Services activities. This position is also able to serve as back-up to all essential Card Services functions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as facilitate a team environment.
- Ability to learn and apply new information and technical skills quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry and inquiry.
- Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and staff at all levels, including active listening.
- Thorough knowledge of card operation regulatory requirements and Credit Union operating policies and procedures.
- Proficient in basic accounting skills.

Our Credit Union follows a hybrid work structure where employees may be allowed to work remotely up to five days a week. Working a hybrid schedule is determined based on the position and needs of the business.
