Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage traffic control teams to ensure efficiency and safety compliance;
- Develop and implement traffic guidance schemes and management plans;
- Ensure adherence to state, county, and local traffic control laws;
- Coordinate with municipalities and law enforcement to secure permits;
- Dispatch and oversee crews across WA/OR/ID/MT;
- Collaborate with Operational Managers to ensure legislative compliance;
- Focus on job cost management and resource optimization;
- Provide technical advice and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- 3 years of traffic operations, involving leadership experience;
- Knowledge of state, county, and local traffic control laws;
- Proven ability to work with municipalities and secure permits;
- Experience dispatching and managing multi-state operations;
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work long hours;
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the Pacific Northwest;
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening and background check.
