Job Description – Project Administrator
FLSA – Full time/Nonexempt
Department - Operations
Manager - Brian Fuyakama, Director of Operations
Location – South San Francisco, CA
Office Hours - M-T (4 - 10 hour days)
Project Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare job folders
- Review job packages and complete checklists
- Review as-built documentation and pole completion form
- Assist PM with managing/tracking work authorizations
- Data entry/reporting
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Self-directed
- Database Management
- The ability to work independently, and being highly motivated
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Carry out tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
