What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Inspector position at Utility, Inc.?
Utility Associates is a full-service provider of integrated mobile, rugged, digital, and wireless technologies for law enforcement, transportation, and corporate applications. Utility also offers a suite of services including wireless strategy, product development, and systems integration.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow inspection procedures for incoming material.
- Ensure incoming material meets criteria as specified by drawings or procedures.
- Perform visual check to verify product meets Utility cosmetic standards.
- Follow audit plans per AQL standards for all incoming material.
- Create reports and present them to the Material Review Board (MRB) on all non-conforming material or actions.
- Assist with the creation of Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR)
- Can also review PCBA type assembly's
- All other duties as assigned by Utility Quality Assurance Manager
