Job Summary: To have a principal role in developing, coordinating, and supporting overall service department operations, revenue growth, systems, team members, and related functions.

Essential Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department.
- Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to identify and drive opportunities for Service revenue growth through customer relationships, upselling, and process improvements.
- Build knowledge in all aspects of service operations including but not limited to repair orders, invoicing, estimating, warranty processing, repair procedures, etc.
- Develop a team to carry out all needed service-related needs and functions.
- Utilize and develop the Fusion operating system and other technologies to its full capacity to maximize department efficiency and profits.
- Establish a technician recruiting program.
- Develop and coordinate a technician training plan and system.
- Lead and manage company safety culture program.
- Maintain company 6S standards.
- Promote technician productivity and general morale through verbal communications and assistance with production related needs.
- Utilize SDL & QDL as needed to manage workflow.
- Oversee Shop Foreman and the profitability of trailer repairs and the scheduling of the right technician for the scope of repair.
- Liaison between internal departments.
- Perform other duties and functions as required.

Education and Experience:
- Education - This position requires a college degree or 2 to 4 years of industry related experience and/or training. Experience in leadership, supervisory, or team lead role within a service or repair environment is a plus.
Physical Environments:
- Noise levels are moderate to high at times.
- The physical exertion is light to moderate, occasionally lifting and or moving up to 50 pounds.
- Employee must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time in an office and shop environment.

Salary : $72,500 - $82,500
