Job Summary: This position is responsible for bringing administrative, leadership and organizational support to the CEO of UKTS in a timely and accurate manner with a high level of confidentiality, stakeholder satisfaction and teamwork.

Essential Duties:
- Screen and respond to daily correspondence via email, phone, etc.
- Manage projects as assigned including administrative and personal tasks.
- Organize the CEO’s work sphere and connect with team members as necessary.
- Prepare the CEO for meetings and events with speaking points, presentation materials, and gathering action items.
- Attend meetings with the CEO to take minutes and contribute value points.
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Serve as a liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the CEO.
- Connect with employees’ company-wide to support employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
- Board of Directors organization, minutes and administrative leadership of various boards.

Education and Experience:
- Education – This position requires a college degree and a minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience.
Physical Environments:
- Noise levels are low to high at times.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds.
- Mostly office work but may require some traveling.
