Job Summary: This position is responsible for bringing administrative, leadership and organizational support to the CEO of UKTS in a timely and accurate manner with a high level of confidentiality, stakeholder satisfaction and teamwork.

Essential Duties:

  • Screen and respond to daily correspondence via email, phone, etc. 
  • Manage projects as assigned including administrative and personal tasks. 
  • Organize the CEO’s work sphere and connect with team members as necessary.
  • Prepare the CEO for meetings and events with speaking points, presentation materials, and gathering action items. 
  • Attend meetings with the CEO to take minutes and contribute value points. 
  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision making, program management, and initiative implementation.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the CEO.
  • Connect with employees’ company-wide to support employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
  • Board of Directors organization, minutes and administrative leadership of various boards.

  • Meet and exceed the expectations of the CEO while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Must have strong technology, organizational and people skills,
  • Must be highly proficient in MS Office suite.

Education and Experience:

  • Education – This position requires a college degree and a minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience.

Physical Environments:

  • Noise levels are low to high at times.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Mostly office work but may require some traveling.
