Customer Service Representative
Utility Partners of America is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to work five days, 40 hours a week. **Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus**
Location: Greer, SC
Requirements:
- Third Shift: Sunday night - Thursday night: * 10 pm - 7 am
- 1-2 years of experience in providing customer service in a call center setting
- Dependable: Attendance is imperative.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Maintain a positive environment, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture.
- Self-motivated to work under his/her own initiative.
- The ability to work in a team environment, under pressure and overcome objections.
- Proficient listening, verbal and written communication skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Excellent telephone manner and listening skills.
- The ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and follow up.
Qualifications:
- Must consent to a drug test, background check and motor vehicle records check
- Must have High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
