Part-Time Remote Call Center Agent (On-Call Pool)
Hourly Rate: $16.50/hour
Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)
Overview: We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our remote call center team as part-time agents. As part of the on-call pool, you will provide support as needed based on employee call-outs and peak call volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Call Support: Provide on-call assistance during peak hours or when employees are unavailable (up to ~30 minutes notice).
- Flexible Hours: Work within a set schedule or as needed, based on triggers such as employee call-outs and call volumes.
- Key Time Blocks: Availability during specific time slots, such as:
- Mondays: Up to 8 hours (depending on needs)
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 2-3 hours during employee breaks (10:30-1:30pm, 5:00-7:00pm)
- Fridays: Up to 8 hours (depending on needs)
Qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle call center tasks effectively.
- Strong commitment to reliability and flexibility for on-call requests.
- Prior experience in customer service or call centers is preferred but not required.
- High attention to detail and privacy standards.
- Corporate PC will be provided.

Sample Schedule:
- Joe: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (10:30am - 12:30pm); On-call all day Monday.
- Jane: Tuesday, Thursday (11:30am - 1:30pm); On-call all day Friday.
- John: Monday, Friday (11:00am - 1:00pm); On-call all day Monday and Friday.
- Jill: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (up to 8 hours on Monday, with flexible on-call days).
