Utility Lighting Technician
Location: Asheville, NC & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience; reviewed at 90 days)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform utility lighting maintenance and installations
- Safely operate an aerial boom (bucket) truck (Required)
- Work at heights of up to 40 feet (via bucket truck, ladder, or climbing)
- Lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and kneeling
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including inclement weather
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bucket truck experience (Required) – 1 year
- Electrical experience (Required) – 1 year
- Tree/Pole climbing experience (Preferred) – 1 year
- Must be willing to submit drug test, background check, and motor vehicle records check
Work Schedule & Conditions:
- Standard Schedule: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Overtime: When allowed, overtime will be mandatory
- Storm Work: 7 days a week, 12 to 16-hour shifts when necessary
- Work Location: On the road, servicing Asheville, NC & surrounding areas
