Summary:
Here at Utility Services Group, Inc. we provide specialty underground infrastructure investigation, inspection, and rehabilitation. Our focus is on helping clients solve their complex problems with quick response and cost-effective solutions.
When you join the team as a USG Subsurface Utility Locator, you’ll be responsible for accurately, safely, and efficiently locating underground utilities. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for completing necessary documentation of each located utility.

What We Need from You (Our Requirements)
- At least one year experience utility locating
- Able to work in a confined space; walk, bend, and lift to 75 lbs.
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Computer proficiency skills (i.e. Microsoft office)
- Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Previous utility location experience is plus.
- Must live within or willing to move within 30-50 miles of posted city
- Ability to work overtime or weekends as needed
- Ability to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region with frequent overnight stays
