Utility Supply & Construction Co (USC) is looking to hire a full-time Business Analyst to join our growing team!
Essential Job Functions:
- Learn and understand the Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) distribution ERP software
- Assist users with issues in the P21 system using an internal help desk system
- Perform P21 Inventory imports
- Support EDI processing for current and new customers
- Provide end-user training on the P21 system
- Assist in implementation, testing, and validating of data of USC systems
- Identify and escalate data issues where process improvements may be required
- Represent Utility Supply and Construction at meetings and conferences
Requirements:
- Epicor (or similar ERP system) implementation and support experience preferred, however will train the right candidate.
- Proficient with implementing Epicor (or similar ERP system) queries, data management, business process management, dashboards, and reports
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective supply chain knowledge
- Good communication skills with the ability to adapt to all styles of communication
- Passion for process improvement and ever improving teamwork
- High regard for organization with a focus on productivity and efficiency
- Able to work in a flexible agenda to anticipate and meet the needs of others
- Demonstrates a continuous passion for learning with reading, research, and networking
