Power Line Supply (PLS) is hiring a full-time Customer Service Supervisor to join our growing team!
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be a part of the strategic customer service leadership team and will be expected to provide guidance, oversight, and supervision to a regional team of customer service professionals engaged in the quotation and sale of material and services to multiple utility customers, contractors and others in the utility field.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Manage customer accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with customers
- Act as the point of contact and handle customer's individual needs
- Assist Customer Account Managers (Outside Sales) in their ability to maintain existing business, and generate new business, by facilitating excellent customer relationship management with existing and potential new customers
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Customer Service Supervisor must maintain harmonious relationships with Company employees, Sub-Contractors, General Contractors, Owners, and other individuals associated with ongoing projects.
- Implement and guide employee development strategy within designated territory to achieve superior sales and customer service skills.
- Facilitate communication through the assigned customer service team territory and assure that the Regional Vice President has all relevant information on customer service team performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators and initiate corrective action and improvement initiatives as necessary.
