Position Summary
Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company, LLC., a family-owned 110-year-old company, is the long-term industry leader in refrigerated semi-trailers and North America’s fourth largest semi-trailer manufacturer.
Utility Corporate Logistics Department is a fast paced, time sensitive department seeking a Logistics Coordinator with a strong work ethic that is self-motivated, reliable, persistent, and responsible.
UTMC is headquartered in City of Industry, California. This is an on-site position.
Position Hours : 6 : 30 am – 3 : 30 pm Mon-Fri
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate Inbound Transportation for UTM Factories (Dedicated, Truckload & LTL)
- Coordinate dedicated lanes and work closely with Corp. Fleet Coordinator
- Coordinate Returnable containers and packaging
- Assist with outbound trailer releases and trailer moves as needed
- Daily tracking, tracing and updating of loads.
- Keep up to date shipping records and communication with carriers, factories & suppliers.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Regularly exercises discretion and the ability to prioritize workload.

Compensation
Salary Range : $27.00- $29.00 an hour
