Utility Trailer Sales of TN in Lebanon is seeking to hire an Office Assistant to manage our front desk.
Responsibilities include
- answering high volume of phones calls
- entering invoices and processing payments
- filing and maintaining supplier records
- assisting the office manager with various clerical duties
- assisting accounting with processing and recording of transactions
- collections
**strong bookkeeping and proficient in Excel is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
