JOB TITLE: Parts Representative
EMPLOYER: Utility Trailer Sales Company of Arizona
DEPARTMENT: Parts
SUMMARY: Provide support to all aspects of the parts department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Loads, transports, and delivers sold parts to clients
- Support shipping & receiving, and warehouse operations
- Take inventory of parts in stock
- Interacts with customers in a professional manner.
- Provide price quotes over the phone and email
- Sell parts to in-person & phone customers
- Assist in purchasing for the Parts Department
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
PAY & BENEFITS
- Salary range $17.50 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years related experience or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Familiarity with auto or heavy duty parts practices and handling methods.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, with 5 years of clean driving history.
- Strong computer, typing, and Microsoft skills

- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
