Business Development Manager Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with property management or SFR industry experience to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Industry-Specific Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with property management companies, SFR operators, and industry partners.
- Strategic Partnerships: Leverage existing industry relationships and actively build new connections with decision-makers in the property management and SFR industry to drive long-term partnerships.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, property management needs, and competitor activity to refine our approach.
Client Management & Retention
Serve as the primary contact for new accounts, ensuring high-value partnerships and long-term satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
